Tenant will be responsible for any/all utilities, such as electric (Delmarva Power), trash removal, cable, internet, etc. Refrigerator and range provided. Washer/Dryer hookup provided. Pets are at the owner's discretion. An additional monthly pet fee could apply based on the type/age of the animal. Proof of rental/tenant insurance may be required. Preferred tenant criteria; -income 3x rent amount -no evictions, collections or bankruptcies in past 5 years -good landlord reference(s) -600+ credit score Zillow applications are preferred.
