ESSENTIALS DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In a group setting or one=on-one, compares and contrasts dental plans in order to assist customers with determining the best plan to meet their needs. In some cases, may be required to guide customers into making a decision when dental is offered on a voluntary basis. Provides customers with printed plan information and answers any questions about the plans offered. Will refer members to customer service for any issues that cannot be answered on site.

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or GED.
Knowledge of dental plans and basic health insurance terminology.
Knowledge of other languages(s) preferred.
Ability to clearly present written information and findings.
Ability to communicate dental plan information to an audience that might not be knowledgeable about dental plans. Presentation skills preferred as may need to present to large client groups.
Ability to interact well with individuals from various agencies - client companies, brokers.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
