Description/Job Summary
Perdue is seeking a Business Processes Manager to support our R&D Center in Salisbury, MD. This position is essential for leading and executing the Foods Governance / Stage Gate process following and advancing the model that aligns Marketing and R&D with all Perdue business functions relative to strategic direction, project prioritization and approval, change management, and developing a running 3 year pipeline of viable product / project ideas in the areas of New Innovation, Line Extension and Quality Improvements. The position will leverage standard templates, tools, dashboards, key performance indicators and processes that will be used throughout the entire enterprise. The position will be accountable for all business process improvements to streamline and enable efficient use and access to tools and data working closely with the IT team to influence and gain approval for required system changes. Further, the position is critical to defining, developing, leading and training a best-in-class Project Management program within Marketing and R&D specifically and beyond as required.
Responsibilities/Duties
1. Responsible for the continual evolution and management of the Foods Governance model. This includes all aspects of the common toolset to be used, methodology to be developed and leveraged and the continued success of the various levels of governance committees. Responsible for all Company governance deliverables including leading the meetings, developing and updating dashboards, scorecards, and project / program management methodology.
2. Owns the Foods Governance Committee meeting and working with Marketing and R&D to ensure governance activities are completed on a timely basis.
3. Serves as part of the R&D senior management team with responsibility for contributing to the strategic direction setting and overall management of R&D as a function.
4. Accountable for organizing and leading Project Management training for MILT associates
6. Responsible for all data management and process needs for the R&D function including but not limited to the following: Foods Governance, Sampling Program, Formulas / Procedures / Specifications, S: drive content, and others as assigned.
Required Experience
Requires at least 10 years+ of experience as PMO or equivalent, leading meetings and driving decision making at the Senior Executive Level and managing (inputting, organizing, reporting) data along with expertise in the tools and programs used to manage that data are critical for this position.
Required Education
BS degree; MS degree is preferred.
Details
The position will have overall responsibility for the Foods Governance and Project Management processes requiring decision making in conjunction with the SVP and VP's of Marketing and the VP of R&D as well as senior management level associates. The position will drive all aspects of project management decision making on the tools, processes and methodology to be used.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
