We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our equipment and facilities.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various mechanical systems.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment - Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively - Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency - Utilize logic controllers and other tools to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions - Weld, fabricate, and install new equipment or components as needed - Supervise and coordinate external contractors for larger repair projects - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Ability to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot various types of equipment - Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques - Leadership skills with the ability to supervise others effectively - Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
