Maintenance Supervisor
Confidential Confidential Salisbury, MD Salisbury, MD Full-time Full-time $27 - $30 an hour $27 - $30 an hour We are looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor who will be responsible for diagnosing maintenance issues, making repairs, turning units and ensuring that service requests are completed in a timely manner.
Must be motivated & available to work On Call.
HVAC certification is a plus! The successful candidate must be experienced with service and repair in the following areas:
Electrical Appliance HVAC Drywall Plumbing Painting Multifamily property maintenance experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills are essential.
