We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Radio Frequency (R/F) Engineer to help manage engineering projects spanning a variety of security levels for a government program office.
Responsibilities Identify required resources, schedule dependencies, and contracting actions needed to support the overarching R/F engineering efforts and interfaces with Program Management and related technologies.
With an emphasis on integrating novel new technologies on existing weapons platforms, the R/F Engineer shall analyze R/F engineering problems to develop and implement solutions to complex system design and development issues.
Will be responsible for developing analyzing and validating requirements, specifications, and interfaces.
Process and analyze data, assess system under test performance, develop conclusions and recommendations, and generate report quality data products such as quick-look reports, test status reports, watch item reports, deficiency reports, and formal and informal technical reports.
Work closely with the program office, prime contractors, subcontractors, and test ranges throughout all phases of design review, test planning, execution, analysis, anomaly investigation, and reporting.
Effectively organize, schedule and coordinate R/F engineering work phases and tasks to support effective integration in a highly classified environment.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science or related field in line with above functional description.
Clearance Requirement:
An active DoD Top Secret clearance Preferred Experience and Skill:
Ten (I0) years of experience in R/F Engineering, including participation in SETR events Experience in management and technical positions for major ACAT programs and advanced technologies Experience with weapon/aircraft system electronic warfare technologies and system integration and testing functions Experience in highly classified environments Proficiency with Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (applicable for Full-time position only):
