Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns.
- Manage incoming and outgoing medical records.
- Assist with insurance verification and eligibility.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed - Ensure a smooth flow of patients through the office by managing patient wait times.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
-Be willing to travel to secondary locations Skills:
- Experience working in a medical office setting.
- Proficient in typing.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
