General and receptionist clerical work; Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation; Answering frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.
Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records Assisting with data entry, job recruitment, background checks, and drug testing; Assisting with new hire orientation, workers compensation claims, FMLA, and other benefits as needed Assisting with special events.
Requirements:
Associate's Degree preferred A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a personnel function including policy and procedure Prior Human Resource Information System experience preferred Proficient in MS Office Suite Ability to import, export, and manipulate data using Excel Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co- workers, other employees, and the public.
