Regional Manufacturing Systems Manager

Deliver business system solutions that meet or exceed company requirements.
Drive communication and execution of the MFG SYS strategic vision in assigned region.
Provide MFG SYS leadership, technical acumen, and high level of MFG SYS and business process experience to the region's facilities to help in designing, developing, implementing and maintaining manufacturing systems that deliver improved performance and actionable data.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for providing overall direction of regional MFG SYS team.
Provides leadership in evolving the organization to maximize the strengths of individuals in the region to achieve maximum productivity, contribution, and service levels.
Manages and balances overall complex MFG SYS resources Provides mentoring and works to enhance skill sets of those within the region.
Provides knowledge, training, and exposure to technology so that the team will develop skills that will benefit and continue to meet or exceed the requirements of the business.
Works to retain current FTEs and when needed recruit the best possible skills for openings Plans, budgets and assists in preparing system scope and detailed specifications for assigned projects.
Executes all phases of projects in which they are the assigned PM.
Provides leadership, guidance, and expertise to region's facilities for planning, directing, implementing and supporting manufacturing systems.
Assists operations, through use of technology, in executing the strategic vision for their facilities.
Provides MFG SYS oversight and guidance for hardware/software and application review and selection process Provides overall responsibility for activities associated with the problem identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported manufacturing systems problems.
Escalations Manager for MFG SYS related systems in region, thereby providing leadership and technology expertise in situations where escalation of issues is needed Serves as a focal point for deployment of multi-plant wide hardware/software/application changes and additions to their region Communicates to business the technical vision and strategic direction needed to meet MFG SYS and facilities goals.
Serves as liaison between technology and facility.
Performs high-level technical evaluation and planning.
Maintains effective relationships with all business levels - Vice President, Directors, facility personnel, as well as with other MFG SYS personnel, Corporate IT and Corporate personnel.
Communicates technical information in a meaningful way to Operations team Minimum Education and Experience RequirementsBS degree or equivalent work-related experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Technology or Business Management.
The ideal candidate will have:

years related work experience Knowledge of Microprocessor based equipment, Microsoft & Linux product, Voice/Data Network knowledge, SQL Database Administration Prior supervisory and departmental management experience Prior project management experience Recommended Skills Business Management Business Processes Coaching And Mentoring Computer Networks Financial Management Information Technology Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
