To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a dependable, motivated professional to join our team as a Technical Support Supervisor in our Maintenance Department.
The Technical Support Supervisor is responsible for generating engineering documentation for approval based on data acceptable to all applicable parties.
The position also coordinates with Maintenance Records to maintain a listing of major repairs and alterations.
The successful candidate will hold a valid Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
This position reports to the Manager, Technical Support Engineering.
Essential Duties:
Generate engineering documentation for approval based on data acceptable to the Administrator, documents such as Engineering Orders and Fleet Campaign Directives Maintain documents related to major repairs, alterations, and modifications Maintain the files and logs of approved data such as Repair Drawings (RD), Engineering Orders (EO), etc.
Maintain logs for maintenance program change requirements, coordinate program changes with the Manager of Maintenance Programs Coordinate with Maintenance Records to maintain a listing of Major Repairs and Major Alterations Interface between outside engineering and maintenance personnel Oversee approval of Engineering Orders (EO) with limitations as stated in MPP 13.

6, EO/FCD Approval Procedure Maintain and oversee updates to the Dent and Buckle damage program Train personnel on various Engineering Department related forms and procedures in Engineering Order (EO) and Fleet Campaign Directive (FCD) writing Actively promote and support the corporate safety policy and the department's philosophy:

Hold a valid Airframe and Powerplant CertificatePreferred
Qualifications:
Associate degree in Engineering or Aviation Management 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance 4 years of experience in the maintenance of large aircraft, 1 year in a supervisory capacity Competency in the appropriate parts of the Maintenance Policies and Procedures Manual, including applicable provisions of Code of Federal Regulations (CFR)s High Level of Competency of EMB-145 Structural Repair Manual (SRM), Maintenance Review Board (MRB), Engineering Technical Disposition (ETD) Documents Previous experience with other Aircraft Manufacturers and Platforms 2 years of Engineering experience Work Environment:
Standard office environment, use of telephones, computers, and other office equipment Airport hangar environment, subject to varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels Travel to support airline daily operations and Heavy Checks as needed Physical Requirements:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
